SERIES S2500 2” MECHANICALLY SEAMED PANEL

B&B Sheet Metal’s Series S2500 is particularly designed as a structural roof system for pre-engineered buildings. The crimped appearance of the mechanical seams provides great support for inclement climates and for the utmost in structural integrity.

The S2500 profile incorporates a unique heavy duty interlock clip that secures the system while allowing thermal expansion and contraction. The S2500 panel system serves the needs of roofing/fascia and mansard systems, heavy duty commercial and industrial use, and minimum pitch ½:12, mechanical seaming at 45, 90, and 180 degrees.

TRIM

All flashings and trim are available to be manufacturer by B&B Sheet Metal to match with panel selection. B&B Sheet Metal’s capabilities include press-breaking, notching, shearing, welding and much more. Shop drawings of flashing details are available upon request. INSTALLATION

Series S2500 panel system may be specified for application over solid deck, 5/8” plywood with 2 layers of 15# felt or 1 layer of 30# felt or 22 gauge metal deck with 2 layers of 15# felt or 1 layer of 30# felt, minimum pitch 3:12 (specify as required). The Series S2500 may be specified for application over solid deck or over purlins or over metal deck with rigid insulation. The Series S2500 Panel System can also be secured with bearing plates and clips through the insulation to the metal deck, minimum pitch ½:12 (specify as required).Contact B&B Sheet Metal for details on use C2500 seamer mechanical seamer.
