Flange Tubes

Flange Tubes are soldered pieces primarily used for draining purposes.Flange tubes can also be used with a sloped-flange to cover a vent-stack on a sloped roof.

B&B’s industry-leading team will walk you through your next project, selecting the best choice items, customized to your needs and budgetary considerations.

The common sizes of these drainage tubes are actually smaller than the measurement of the tube that is required. For example, if you require a 4″ tube, we would manufacture a 3.5″ tube when it is being placed on the inside of a drain pipe. If it is going over the outside of a wastepipe it is usually turned upside down and made 3/4″ bigger. In this case the tube would actually be 4.75″.

B&B Sheet Metal creates custom made flange tubes that are up to 3 feet long and can be customized to almost any diameter.

Slope Roof Flange Tubes are typically made on a 6/12 or 10/12 pitch, but can be custom made for virtually any roof angle. They are made with caps for easy installation. The length of the tubes are typically 18 inches at the longest point. These are a beautiful way to wrap the waste pipes to provide a water tight seal on a sloped roof.
The most common sizes are 4¾” x 18″ high with a 18″ x 18″ sq. flange. These parts are generally shaped to a 45 or 30 degree angle, and are available with or without a top cap. For those unfamiliar with top caps, they fit the top of the piece, leaving a neat and professional appearance.
