Copper offered a historically accurate solution for replacing the roof of Lupton Hall. The project involved over 81,000 square feet of copper roofing, incorporating both batten and flat seam styles along with necessary flashing. Key challenges included the installation of extensive built-in copper gutters, downspouts, louvers, fascia, soffits, and a brass snow guard system. The newly installed copper roof represents a preferred, long-lasting, and durable solution for the building owner.
